Anyone who has already sorted out items in their apartment knows how difficult it is sometimes to part with objects. Saying goodbye to people can be even harder. A friendship that ends. A seperation. A loved one who dies. Sooner or later we all experience these moments when letting go is particularly difficult.

I myself have gone through many such farewells and have accompanied many people in their personal process of letting go. Nobody from the outside can say when the right moment has come. But together we can strengthen ourselves on this path.
